We’re excited to donate a brand-new set of hearing aids to two deserving members of our community.
If you or someone you know has hearing loss, we encourage you to participate! Follow these three easy steps:
Step 1–Qualify
Candidate must be willing to have a hearing test from one of our offices.
Candidate must be a member of the local community.
Step 2–Enter
Submit a letter to our office telling your (or their) story.
Information on the Hearing Aid Candidate to be included with entry:
- First and last name
- Age
- Address
- Email (if applicable)
- Phone
Step 3–Submit
